Mathias Kulke

Mathias Kulke is Managing Partner of Selinus Capital GmbH.

Before founding Selinus Capital GmbH together with Valéry-Christoph Engelke in December 2007, he was a member of the Property Management Team of Henderson Global Investors (now: Nuveen Real Estate).

There, he built up and headed a team of eight marketing professionals and was responsible for all real estate-related capital raising activities throughout Europe.

He started his professional career at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for structuring and marketing institutional real estate funds.

Mathias holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from Universität Passau, Germany, and California State University, Sid Craig School of Business, Fresno, USA.
