Previously, Malte completed a dual study program at ING DiBa AG, where he worked primarily in corporate banking and was mainly involved in relationship management.

Malte began his professional career with an apprenticeship as an insurance and finance salesman at R+V Versicherung AG.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science in Frankfurt.
